Vegetarian Baked Pasta
yummy! i used about a cup less mozz and the same ammount of gorg, and it turned out great!

Barbeque Seitan and Black Bean Burritos
yums! I used tempeh instead of seitan and next time will put a little less habanero (maybe 1 or 1 1/2) cause it was spicy. The leftovers were great for lunch.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
not that this really needs another review, but I loved these! I halved the recipe and it still made more than 6 burritos. I used half the water called for and that was more than enough.
