Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Best Banana Bread!!! So good that we had to improvise! We started making Janet's Rich Banana Muffins...It was easier to "grab and go"! What a hit! Use a cookie/batter scoop, spray Jumbo baking cups and fill them about two-thirds full. *Keep banana slices chunky and mix up the nuts with 1/2 pecans and 1/2 walnuts.* Last but not least...cut 1 tbsp butter with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsps flour and 1/8th tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over muffins before baking. Only needs 25 minutes to bake at 375 degrees.

Honey Baked Chicken II
This recipe is perfect for the family that appreciates a welcome change to the weekly menu. Curry flavours are not over-powering. Adds excellent dimension to ordinary chicken. (in fact we used boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and they were extremely tender!) We served it with Jasmine rice and steamed veggies. We doubled the curry powder to 2 tsps and it was still not too spicy or overpowering! Loved it and will make again... Pass it on!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
My husband made this meatloaf for dinner at the firehall. It was a huge hit. He substituted the French onion soup mix for 1 medium diced onion and added a little garlic and onion powder as well. He and the rest of the firefighters said that it was the best meatloaf that they had ever had.
