Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
I used a rotisserie chicken and whole-wheat pasta. Took everyones advice and used one can cream of chicken and one cream of mushroom, as well as the chicken broth. So easy and delicious, and plenty of leftovers!

Cheezy Potatoes
Great dish - brought it for a Holiday party at work and everyone loved it. I recommend using half the amount of butter and extra potatoes.
