The recipe for the lemon cookies didn't turn out well for me. There was too much butter and the cookies spread in the oven and became thins! I got sweet butter thins instead of lemon cookies! My friends still like it but I was very disappointed that it didn't turn out to be lemon cookies for me. I will save the recipe but under 'Butter Thins' now...

I only added half the amount of sugar asked in the recipe. And i wrapped my truffles in crushed walnuts. They are very very delicious and i will be making it for Valentines next year:) Oh yes! instead of chocolate chip, i melted cooking chocolate instead!

it's yummy! i substituted the chocolate with chocolate chips. i couldn't find buttermilk so plain yogurt was the next best alternative. however, i couldn't taste the orange, i could smell the orange from the oven but it was lost in my mouth. therefore, i plan to add orange extract the next time. awesome muffins. i baked it for valentines and my frens loved it. thanks!
