Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
pretty good - I used canned tomatoes since that was all I had and I didn't really like the tomato part - I'll try w/ fresh tomatoes.

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo
off the freaking hook good! I added 1/2 pound of okra and cut out 3/4 of a quart of chicken broth. wow ... is this EVER delicious!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
Very good and very tasty! I added a splash of white wine at the end with the butter to put this over the edge. I'll definitely be making this again.
