Simple White Cake

I must say, this was extremely disappointing :( I made these into cupcakes, and they came out extremely flat and dense. I did exactly as instructed in the directions, but they just didn't work out.

Holy wow this was tasty!! This sliced beautifully from the pan, and is wonderful with a scoop of icecream or whipped cream!! I added some brown sugar into the crumb topping for more flavour. I will make this again and again! Thanks!

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

These were awesome! Following the advice of others, I used crunchy peanut butter. I did have to modify the recipe a little, as the mixture was extremely crumbly I had to add about an extra half cup of Peanutbutter. After that the mixture worked out perfectly!

Cherry Waldorf Salad

I've never had Waldorf Salad before, so this was the first one I ever tried, and it was sooo good! My husband loved it too, really unique!

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

These are by far the most amazing peanut butter cookies I have ever made!!! They were sooo moist, and delicious!!! Instead of sugar though, I used honey, and they turned out just amazing.
