I made this cake for my husband's birthday. He said it was the best cake he's ever had, and it was so freakin easy to make (of course, I would never tell him that!)
I used Chips a Hoy cookies for the crust, and to line the cake with. I then used french vanilla icecream for the first layer, chocolate for the second, and frozen whipped topping for the third layer. I decorated with the cake with smarties and sprinkles...so much fun to make!
