Apple Oatmeal Bars

Too salty! The salt and soda overpowered the apples -- and I even used unsalted butter.

Apple Oatmeal Cookies I

I found them to be a little too cake-like and not crunchy enough. P.S. -- Don't use butter-flavored Crisco -- it turns the cookies a strange color.
