High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
So easy and great. I just put a little olive oil on the roast and then rubbed some sea salt, pepper and garlic on it. SO YUMMY!

Blueberry Mini Muffins
I also added some extra buttermilk. They are great -- Perfect for my sons preschool class.
