Cheddar Artichoke Quiche Cups
I won't be making these again. They were too spongy and had way to much cheese for me to enjoy them. Just the thought of eating 100% spongy baked cheese made me uncomfortable, thought other people did like them.

Mini Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tarts
These were really good! I added onion and seasoning to the mushrooms while sauteing. I will make these again.
