Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup
My husband was born and raised in Wisconsin. He absolutely loves anything and everything "Wisconsin" and swore that no one made Beer Cheese Soup better than "mom". I tried this recipe...he ate 3 bowls without saying a word, turned around and said "I think this is the best soup I've ever had"!!! Don't tell my mother-in-law but this recipe is a KEEPER! I will make this at least once a month. And the butter popcorn that melts into the soup was deeeelicous! I cooked the veggies a little longer than the recipe called for. Thanks for a great recipe!

Succulent Pork Chops
What I left out is that I take the remaining sauce and heat it up in a sauce pan until full boil. Then, I drizzle the sauce over the meat when I'm done baking it! The sauce is also great over white rice, as a side. Also, because it's summer, we've been grilling them instead and that has made a huge difference in the glaze, perhaps because of the heat. We've taken them to many tailgating parties and barbeques and they have been very popular!

Pizza Dough I
I loved this recipe! As a parent, I'm always looking for ways to sneak healthy ingredients into whatever I'm cooking so I did everything exactly the same, but added 3 Tbsp of flax seed. (I do it with just about anything 'doughy') My family LOVED this recipe (plus my secret ingredient) and we will definitely be using this over and over. So easy and economical!
