Corn Pudding
This is the recipe I got from an elderly gentleman at church--except he uses 1/2 cup butter and 2 eggs! I have been making it for years now, and it's always a hit!

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!
I baked this in a deep ceramic pie dish, which was perfect. It is a tad sweet, so I will cut the sugar next time. Other than that it was lovely!

Banana Bran Muffins
This is what I was looking for--moist, flavorful, and healthy. I substitued cider for the OJ, and applesauce for most of the oil--I just added 2 tbsp. oil. I added raisins too because we like them. They came out great!
