Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese
Very easy instructions, very different result from my usual grilled asparagus with olive oil and garlic. Per others' suggestion, I did boil mine first as well, but drained the water and immediately added butter and 1 T Olive oil to saute on the stovetop. We didn't have almonds on hand so I substituted minced pecans with excellent results. I used Kroger grated Parmesan but merely dusted the spears and let it stay in a warm oven to melt the cheese w/o making a stringy mess. I'll start alternating this dish with my usual garlic broiled spears.

Grilled Scampi
Another winner and an excellent way to make Scampi quickly. I used the tip for marinating the shrimp (used part of the sauce in a baggie); I also added white pepper, dried parsley, and chives along with a LOT of garlic: chopped, ground, powder, pepper - well actually a little of each. Can't have TOO much garlic in Scampi, right? I used my Geo Forman grill inside. I will prepare this dish again.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
My mother and I enjoyed this recipe immensely. It was very easy to prepare and the tip about using Honey Mustard dressing for the sauce was an excellent one. I prepared mine at 350 degrees instead of 400 because other things were baking as well. In the end I had to sprinkle on paprika to give the dish some color. I will prepare this dish again very soon at the correct temperature to see the difference. Overall, an excellent, easy-to-prepare, nutritious way to prepare salmon. Can hardly wait to try this on some Copper River Salmon.
