Pork Chop and Feta Skillet
I used the exact ingredients, then marinated my chops in the mix for about an hour. I pounded the chops thin, layed the feta cheese in the middle & rolled them up, layed them in a roaster & poured the remaining marinade over, covered & baked in the oven. So full of flavor, even my fussy non-meat eating 12 year old went back for seconds!

Veal Marsala
Loved this recipe! I used tenderized beef steaks (saved the pounding thin step) and added garlic with mushrooms. Just before serving I removed the steaks and added approx 2 tbls thin cream into the sauce and then poured sauce & mushrooms over the steaks. It was divine!
