Avocado Steak
This was a big hit. I found it a little time consuming with all the steps though.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham
This was pretty good. Although the people I fed it to suggested it would be better if I had substituted macaroni for the potatoes. Will have to try that next time.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
This was pretty good, a little bland though. Everyone seemed to like it. I did add the red pepper flakes and did not find it spicy at all.
