Great Recipe! I made this last night and followed the recipe exactly. Of course added vanilla flavoring, nutmeg and allspice for flavor.

Lasagna Roll Ups

I made this last night and it was GREAT! I did make a change by adding chopped artichokes, italian parsley, green onions, and italian seasoning to the mixture. It really added to the much needed flavor. As per other reviews, letting the noodles cool a bit, before rolling with mixture, was a great idea. It sounds time consuming but it held together with no trouble. We (my 17 and 14 year daughters) even added a little more to some of the rolls. I dotted the leftover mixture over the rolls, once I placed them in the sauced pan. I added more cheese over the rolls 10 minutes before taking out of oven (Cook time:45 minutes @ 400 degrees). This is a keeper!

Carrot Souffle

Great recipe! family was tired of the same ol' side dishes, so I gave this a try. I did use half brown/white sugar and added nutmeg. This was even better than Piccadilly's brand. Thanks!

These were great...I did omit the water chestnuts and doubled the filling! We will NEVER buy these again...the kids enjoyed making them. The filling is good on crackers, too!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Love this recipe! I didn't have sour cream but it was good anyway. I did dust my pans with powdered sugar and cinnamon...it really makes a difference. i also put some on top before baking with crushed walnuts...YUMMY! Halved oil with butter. Can't wait to try with sour cream for EXTRA moistness.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Great recipe...it's a keeper. I made it with walnuts, one with raisins, one with cream cheese icing drizzled over it, one with zucchini added...There are so many ways to make this your own! And the family will love you for it! Thanks Laurie! P.S. I did cut out the clove...too strong of a spice and used allspice and I used half cinnamon applesauce for oil and also half wheat flour. YUMMY!

Sunday Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
They turned out great! I added a teaspoon and a half of baking powder for fluffinest and I only had 3 cups of flour so I used self rising also. I rolled out the dough and used a rolling pin to stretch out. I cut the dough with a pizza cutter, into rectangular shapes and let rise.
