Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
Great Recipe! I made this last night and followed the recipe exactly. Of course added vanilla flavoring, nutmeg and allspice for flavor.

Lasagna Roll Ups
I made this last night and it was GREAT! I did make a change by adding chopped artichokes, italian parsley, green onions, and italian seasoning to the mixture. It really added to the much needed flavor. As per other reviews, letting the noodles cool a bit, before rolling with mixture, was a great idea. It sounds time consuming but it held together with no trouble. We (my 17 and 14 year daughters) even added a little more to some of the rolls. I dotted the leftover mixture over the rolls, once I placed them in the sauced pan. I added more cheese over the rolls 10 minutes before taking out of oven (Cook time:45 minutes @ 400 degrees). This is a keeper!

Carrot Souffle
Great recipe! family was tired of the same ol' side dishes, so I gave this a try. I did use half brown/white sugar and added nutmeg. This was even better than Piccadilly's brand. Thanks!
