Double Tomato Bruschetta
Wow...this is soooooo good. I made this for a party..they were gone in a flash ! I also used chopped canned tomatoes and it was delish! I think the canned tomatoes add a bit more flavor then the fresh.

Thai Ginger Chicken (Gai Pad King)
This is so yummy !!!! I made the recipe as stated except that I reduced the ginger as sugg. by another reviewer, down to 3 tsp. My kids really liked this.. I will double the recipe next time and use brown sugar instead of white and add more heat (spice). Thanks for the great recipe !
