My Chili
Wonderful! This makes a huge amount of chili so I cut the recipe in half and made a few minor changes. Used 2 cans of mexican style stewed tomatoes (have jalepenos in them)instead of regular stewed. Added 1/4 tsp cocoa powder and 3 Tbsp of tomato paste and an extra can of kidney beans. This had plenty of flavor and just the right amount of heat. As a side note for those of you who like HOT...try mexican chili powder..it has a little more kick than regular chili powder!

Wacky Cake VIII
PERFECT! I've made other versions of this cake before but needed one that made a smaller cake and I'm glad I chose this one! I did need to make some substitutions as I realized I was out of some ingredients after I started making the cake. Used white vinegar instead of cider vinegar..didn't make any difference. Also didn't have enough vegetable oil on hand so I used applesauce..ended up using 3 Tbsp oil and 3 Tbsp applesauce. Both worked just fine! Love this cake! Perfect size for 2 people!

Cube Steak Parmigiana
Very good, will definitely make again. Used jarred spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce w/seasoning. Great use of cube steak, they came out very tender! My husband loved it!
