Mexican Bean and Rice Salad
This was awesome, although I did add some things. I added tomato and feta cheese, and also used just a dash of cumin, black beans, and chick peas instead of kidney, subbed white rice. Surprisingly yummy.

Dill Wrapped Cream Cheese
I tried this because the reviews were so good, but I did not like it at all. If I were the only one eating it, it would have been in the garbage. I'm only giving it 2 stars because everyone else who tried it said "eh" it was "ok".
