My family likes to bake and do alot of candy but I have this thing about concoting my own recipes or recreating something I've tasted. I like to do Chili and Grill just about anything from apples to shrimp. Grilling and open fire cooking. We do quite a bit of camping in the summer and do all the cooking over and open fire. We've had some disastors as well as some delicious miracles. Perfectly recreating Betty Crockers Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad. Cooking the teflon right off of a pan while making caramel. Don't use teflon!!
