Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Really spectacular recipe. I doubled, cooked and used the marinade for a glaze. Drizzled it on everything! It even made the potatoes I served with it better. This is a keeper!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Truly great recipe. I never used a recipe for chili - always considered it an "art" to throw ingredients together at a whim. I have made this recipe once a week and can't get enough of the left-overs. It just gets better in the freezer!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Really GREAT cookie! But baking them is not an easy task - thoroughly chill the dough before trying to roll.
