This manicotti is tasty and easy to prepare. I followed the recipe exactly. I agree with other reviewers; use a sauce you really like. I only gave 4 stars b/c I thought the filling was a little bland. Next time I will add more garlic to the filling for a little extra flavor.

Excellent flavor, great mix of textures, easy to make and pretty to present. Using left over grilled chicken made preparing the salad super fast. My husband and I liked it with Italian dressing, my son preferred Caesar. This salad is yummy as is, but it's so versatile it would be simple to put a personal spin on it. Next time I make this (and I will make it again), my husband suggested adding some prosciutto. Perfect summer meal but would also make a good dish to take to a cookout or BBQ. Thanks for a great recipe!
