Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole
This was really really good. I used mild italian sausage that I cooked and then cut up into chunks. I am adding this recipe to my regular rotation! YUMMY! Leftovers were great too.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This has become a frequent meal in my house! I do switch garlic for the celery. We love it!

Butternut Squash Soup II
This was very good. I didn't really expect to like it! After reading all the great reviews it received - I thought I would give it a try and I'm glad I did. Served with fresh buns and a spoonful of sourcream! YUM! Very filling! Leftover servings frozen for lunches. Will make again!
