Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
usually i really like roasted veggies, but this wasn't appealing at all to me. I did cover it with foil per suggestions and I did not use fresh parsley. Maybe something there made a difference. I will say, that it tasted better to me the next day reheated in the microwave. I don't thing I would make this again.

The Perfect Mai Tai
Excellent. Watch out, this will knock you on your butt if you're not careful. I didn't use the 151 rum. i triple sec in place of curacao and 1/2 cup of ameretto in place of the almond flavored syrup. i added some pineapple juice. i had some extra left and it kept well in the fridge for a few weeks.

Turkey Pot Pie
i made a few substitutions to this recipe. i'm not sure if that affected the flavor because overall i felt this really was kind of bland. I used califlower in place of potatoes and a can of chicken broth in place of the water and bullion. i'm not a big salt person, but i added more than called for and i still felt it needed something. i will try this again, but will add more seasoning to it. i did prebake the bottom crust as someone else suggested. I recommend this.
