Tasty Collard Greens

excellent! I have never NEVER liked greens and these were wonderful. Rave reviews from the entire family on New Years Day. thanks for making this traditional part of our New Years meal a fabulous addition.

A new family favorite - it has already been requested for the next birthday party! I did slim it down by using applesauce in place of the oil and omitted the coconut and nuts, based on personal preference.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

took advice from a previous reviewer and made lowfat substitutions (applesauce for oil, eggs whites for eggs, ff sour cream, sugar free cake mix, sugar free pudding mix) and this cake was TO DIE FOR. Absolutely wonderful and guilt free!

Banana Pudding IV

Very good banana pudding. My custard had little cream cheese lumps in it that I couldn't seem to get rid of, so I'll have to work on that next time, but everyone commented on how good it was! Also, I took other reviewers advice and did not use banana flavored pudding. This is great using the vanilla! thanks for the recipe!

Sausage and Egg Casserole

Chocolate Trifle

To die for! I whipped heavy whipping cream to mix with the chocolate pudding and replaced the plain Cool Whip with French Vanilla Cool Whip. I have to take the recipe with me everywhere I go! Thanks for sharing!

Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

This recipe is always a hit - a perfect substitute for traditional pumpkin pie. I can't give it 5 stars, though, because the pumpkin layer tends to be runny and slides off of the cream cheese layer once the pie has been cut.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Very good! I did take other reviewer's advice and trade one can of soup for a can of pureed tomatoes. Also, I add a can of water, because my family likes their chili a little less thick. Otherwise, the seasonings are great (my husband can't believe it's not a pack from the store!) and we love mixing in different kinds of beans! Thanks!
