Bacon-Colby Lasagna
This recipe is delicious. I pureed the diced tomato because I'm not fond of the diced texture, but otherwise I left it just as the recipe states. My husband is not a big fan of lasagna, but this one was so different from the traditional lasagna he loved it!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
This recipe is so easy to make and delicious. I substituted 1/2 cup of fat free sour cream and fat free cream of chicken for the can of full fat cream of chicken. I also used low fat cheedar. It was still very rich and filling! I don't recommend fat free as it will not melt well and can be quite rubbery.

Beef Stroganoff III
This is a great recipe! Adding garlic to the beef saute was a great suggestion. Use double strengh (name brand) beef broth for an extra kick. I also added a few dashed of Worcestershire sauce...definetly a keeper!!
