About this Cook
I enjoy cooking/eating as I think it is such a pleasurable experience. I adore to cook for others and I take all the opportunities to show off my cooking to others.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking everything that I have attempted. I am always seeking to expand my cooking experiences by using different methods and foods.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite meal - is Thanksgiving - I have cooked Thanksgiving dinner for my family for quite a few years now. I love to cook it and imagine how much I love them - I put alot of love into the dishes and they can tell too!
My cooking triumphs
My co-workers have asked for my help cooking Thanksgiving dinner and after taking my advice - they are estatic. I am also serious at making fudge - one year - I made 24 pans of fudge and gave them as Christmas gifts. I also took a punch bowl cake to my Sunday School and brought down the house.
My cooking tragedies
When I was relatively young, my mother was in the hospital and I was attempting to cook dinner for my father. I was going to wow him with biscuits and I got the wrong flour - it was not self-rising.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
I gave this a 4 star rating - because I had to make adjustments so it would really have good flavor. I used peach juice in mine and used garlic and Cayenne Pepper as well. Next time, I am going to use some Bourbon. It's a recipe worth keeping and making uniquely your own.

Jackie's Sausage Soup
I made this when I was feeling very bad; so I had to use ingredients I had on hand. I used Rotel green chilies and tomatoes and tomato sauce, mushrooms, chicken bouillion instead of chicken stock. I feel strengthened now; the taste is sensational and it was really nutritious. I highly recommend it!

Pizza Casserole
The only thing that I changed was I doubled the sauce and the amount of the cheese. I took it to a potluck and received alot of compliments.
