Cottage Cheese Pancakes
I have used a recipe similar to this and it was wonderful! It was used in a program for children and they liked it as well. Instead of syrup, we used a strawberry compote on top.

Peach Angel Food Cake
I usually don't eat angel food cake because it's too sweet for me, a sweet eater. However, this was wonderful and I will definitely make it again. (I didn't read the directions of not putting into a bundt pan until I had the batter in the pan. What a mess!)

Minister's Delight
I will use this for a potluck dinner at my church next month. First, I will try it at home. It sounds too easy to be true! I wonder if a sugar substitute could be used in place of real sugar and have the same flavors/textures. Would anyone know this answer?
