Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
Yum! I made two slightly smaller loaves so I had enough left over for a few muffins - they were good too and only took about 20 minutes to cook. I did use the shortening (butter flavored) and it turned out fine!

Harvest Rice Dish
I made this with only one onion and it turned out great! I made it both for Thanksgiving and then again for a company Christmas party that is a pot luck. I was very pleased and will be making this again.

Shrimp Verde
I used a little more garlic and about twice as much cheese - ooh baby -this was good. Yum!
