Apple Butter Pork Loin

This recipe is to die for. I also cooked mine in the crock pot. It only took about 6 hours for my 2 1/4 lbs of meat. Oh and I also used pork tenderloin instead of regular loin.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

This is WONDERFUL! The only different thing I did was omit the refried beans since I didnt have any. And the taco sauce, I used one small jar which equaled one cup. It was still delish! Served it with white cheese sauce and we couldnt tell the difference from the restaurants around here.
