Rich Chocolate Frosting
This was finger licking good! I used it for a THREE layer cake I made for my husband;s birthday and he was one happy man! Make sure to keep blending until the correct consistency is acheived.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Hubby said it was the BEST! Note: I used same amount of dressing the second time I made it even though I doubled the amount of slaw and it was perfect. I served it with a deli roll and I think it was the most successful/raved over first course I have ever made!

Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
My kids (and mine) new favorite cake! I substituted soy milk to make it pareve and it came out perfectly. Made it in a bundt and sprinkled with powdered sugar and it looked pretty enough to serve some very happy guests. Sometimes...the simple pleasures in life are the best!
