French Toast Souffle
This recipe was great! I made this for Christmas brunch exactly as the diretions said and everyone loved it. I did cook it for longer than the recipe called for, but I didn't let it sit for 30 minutes before baking. I also added pecans and brown sugar - amazing!

Chili con Carne II
Fantastic! I made this chili tonight and it was awesome! I added a bit more chili powder because I didn't have any chili peppers in the house, but it was great - LOVED the cinnamon flavor.

Sweet Corn Bread
Fabulous! I made this to eat with chili tonight and it was fantastic! Very moist and great flavor.... I added about 1/3 cup of sugar and it tasted perfect!
