Peanut Butter Sheet Cake
Wow! I just finished a piece of heaven! I made some modifications that worked well. I used cake flour(Don't forget to add about an eighth of a cup extra)instead of all purpose. I also added about a half cup of mixed white, butterscotch, and semisweet chips in the saucepan with the peanut butter. It didn't need frosting. I served it with a dollop of real whipped cream.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
I reduced the recipe thinking the 12 servings would be too much. It's not! The crew pounded down pancakes as fast as I could fry them. There was a little bit of batter left over. I cooked it up two days latter for my "Breakfast Dinner". It was even better!

Chocolate Applesauce Cake III
The kids raved. It did not need to bake the 35 minutes as called for. I smelled "done" at 25 mins, and it was.
