I made this dessert for my dinner club. I thought it was very yummy, except both my husband and I felt like it really didn't have much of a coffee/tiramisu taste. Tasted more like just a trifle. Maybe next time, I'll add more coffee to increase that flavor.

My husband and I loved it so much we are going to serve it at for dinner club at our house!! Nice change to typical meat, sauce, etc lasagna. I followed some of the advice and added a little sauce and added more cheese. I also learned that next time I need to make more of the spinach mixture if I want to put it in a 9x13 pan. The top of my lasagna was a little burnt ... anyone know how to avoid that?

Quick meal to make!! I made this for dinner a few nights ago and my husband ate the leftovers for breakfast today. Great for dinner or breakfast/brunch. Definitely a keeper!!
