Hot Breakfast Couscous
Upon making this recipe as written, the couscous was still crunchy. It became much better after adding more than double the amount of liquid called for. (No, I was not looking for an oatmeal-like consistency. It was crunchy. I like couscous and I know it isn't supposed to be crunchy!! I bought it in the bulk aisle of the natural section.) Anyway, after adding the extra liquid, the recipe was quite good.
