This is the rhubarb pie my Mother always made and I have been looking for the recipe since she died 8 years ago. It was always our favourite and no other rhubarb pie is worth the bother once you have tasted this one. I prefer tapioca over flour and substituted 1 Tbsp of the flour for equal amt. of tapioca besides the 1 tsp. in the recipe.
