Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These are awesome cookies. I couldn't stop eating them. Soft on the inside and chewy on the outside. Perfect!

Smoked Beef Brisket

Excellent recipe for a typically "tough" cut of meat. Turned out very tender- shredded with a fork. Great smoked flavor.
