So easy and kid friendly!! My 5-year-old daughter helped me roll the smokies up in the dough and then gobbled them up when they came out of the oven.

Green Grape Salad

I got this recipe from a friend and it is delicious. I used red grapes instead of green because they were on sale and it was still delicious. My daughter loved it and has decided this is her new favorite.

Decorator Frosting

My daughter and I used this recipe to decorate my almond butter cookies for Christmas. This was a perfect compliment to them. I added a little of both vanilla and almond extract and it tasted just like the frosting I remember my mother making. Thank you for the recipe, I'll be using this for all of my cut out cookies from now on.

Apricot Brown Sugar Ham

Thank you for the great recipe! I made this for Christmas dinner and it was delicious. I didn't have any dry mustard so I just used a little spicy brown mustard instead. The ham had great flavor and was nice and moist.

Lettuce with Hot Bacon Dressing

This review is for the dressing only. I was looking for a dressing similar to one my mother made a couple of years ago for us. My mom couldn't find the cookbook so I came here hoping to find something similar. We loved it! It was so easy and delicious. I used it to dress a spinach salad with mushrooms, red bell pepper, feta cheese, and walnuts.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Great recipe! I did use blue cheese instead of ranch, just my personal preference. I also boiled and shreded 3 chicken breasts and let it soak overnight in the hot sauce. I can't wait to serve it at our big Super Bowl party!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

All I can say is WOW!! This is the best banana bread I have ever had! I followed the recipe exactly and it has received rave reviews from everyone that I have had taste it. Even my husband who hates anything banana loved it and couldn't get enough. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!!!

Mad Dogs

This recipe was a fun change from regular hot dogs, but nothing spectular. I ran out of cheese slices, so I use some shredded cheddar cheese instead which I liked much better. I also wrapped mine in refrigerated crescent roll dough to make for easier handling. My 5-year old thought they were fun so we'll probably make them again, but I didn't think they were anything outstanding.

Uglies

What a great recipe! Thank you so much. The first time I made them as you suggested and I think I might cut back on the bbq sauce a little. Since then we have also made pizza ones and they were even better. Make sure you use regular biscuits not the Grands.

Chewiest Brownies

I followed this recipe exactly, but when I took them out of the oven, they had a baked look on top and gooey mess underneath. I actually had to put them back in the oven for an extra 20 minutes. The first day they were fine, they are very sweet and chocolaty. They did break apart easily though. The second day they were hard and crunchy on the top and chewy underneath. Next time I'll try the others suggestions.

Bacon Quiche Tarts

The only change I made to this recipe was to use real bacon bits. It was heavenly! The filling was delicous and I will definitely make them again. I used the a 10-count of regular biscuits and there was enough filling to make 2 extras without the biscuit. I can't wait to try it with different fillings.

Pumpkin Pancakes
