i didn't have lemons in the house so substituded limes the cucumber and avocado are fresh - but the lime gives it the summer flavour! excellent!!

These were amazing! You must coat the truffles with chocolate! I made three batches. 1. Inside - substitute white chocolate, Outside - melted mini-kisses & semi-sweet chips 2. Inside - used original recipe, Outside - peanut-butter chips, and semi-sweet 3. Inside - used original recipe, substituted mint extract for vanilla, Outside - Andes choc.mint chipts & semi-sweet NOTE: the consistency for dipping chocolate may become thick when mixing other types of chocolate with the semi-sweet, gradually add more semi-sweet to the mixture to obtain desired consistency for dipping.
