Cherry Pie III
Every easy and very delicious cherry pie!!! I used my own pie crust recipe for this pie. For the pie filling, I followed other member's suggestion and used two cans of Oregon's tart cherry (drained) and only used 4 tablespoons of cornstarch. I baked 25 minutes @ 375 degree and 20 minutes @ 350 degree and my pie came out perfectly. The pie needs to be chill for at lease couple hours before serving. If you plan to serve this pie in a party, I would suggest you to make the pie one day in advance so the pie filling can be totally sealed and be cut perfectly without seeing the runny filling. Excellent cherry pie & I highly recommend this easy and delicious pie to any cherry pie lovers~

Pecan Pie V
This is an excellent pecan pie. I always love easy delicious recipes and am so happy that I have found another one here. I used this recipe to make two pecan pies this weekend, and my husband and friends all gave great comments on the pie. They cannot believe that the pecan pie can taste so delicious without using corn syrup ingredient. I followed other members' suggestion and baked the pie 10 minutes @ 400 degree and lowered the oven to 350 degree for additional 35 minutes. It came out perfect. You may want to let the pie chill for couple hours before you serve the pie. Thanks to Judi for sharing this great recipe!!!!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
WOW, this is awesome, very easy and very delicious chewy cookie bar. When I found this great recipe, I made the two batches in the same week. The first time I used strawberry jam and the second time I tried the black raspberry jam, and all the cookie bars came out wonderful and delicious. I did not realize that I should use 8x8 pan but have accidently use 9x13 pan. The result actually was surprisingly good on which the cookie bars came out thin and very chewy but also got plenty to share. By using 9x13 pan, I used close to a small jar of 10oz fruit jam. I though this can be a useful information to share. I totally baked 35 minutes for my cookies. This recipe is great for any parties and you would not want to miss this easy and delicious cookie bars. Really thank you Holly for sharing this awesome recipe.
