Blue Cheese Coleslaw
I really enjoyed the flavor of this, the bacon made it quite good. I did not have tomatoes, so left those out. Went will with buffalo chicken sandwiches.

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken
Excellent flavor. I got four servings out of this by rolling the dough thinner and cutting it in half and using four chicken breast halves. Made very large servings with plenty of pastry. Next time I will slice or dice my chicken first.

Banana Crumb Muffins
These were very good muffins. I followed the recipe exactly and got 12 regular sized muffins and filled the cups almost full. The topping is a nice touch. Watch the cooking time, the shortest time was probably a couple minutes too long in my oven.
