Doughnut Muffins
Just tasted like very sweet white cake, not doughnuts. Consistency was ok but bland and not worth the calories and fat!

Lasagna Spinach Roll-Ups
Tasted amazing but VERY messy...am trying canneloni noodles so hopefully will be less hassle!

Butter Tart Muffins
Extremly flavorful...and don;t ferget the syrop! I altered these for my diabetic husband by substituting the 3/4 cup sugar with 1/2 cup Splenda and used ED Smith Sugar Free Maple Syrop.
