My whole family loves these. Very easy to make and a great slow cooker dish, great for entertaining as an appetizer or just for the family as a new version of spaghetti and meatballs.

I cut this recipe in half as I only had 3 ripe bananas on hand (used 2 eggs) and this made enough for 2 loaves. I made one without nuts and one with as my kids don't like nuts. Everyone loved how moist and delicious this was. As with previous reviews I baked the bread at 325 for 1 hour 10 minutes and it was perfect.
