Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Fantastic! These had a great flavor too them. I went out to the store and bought fresh cream of tartar and creamed the butter and shortening and egg by hand but they still weren't as fluffy as some of the pictures. Either way, the taste was the best of all the recipes I've used. Maybe I'll add a bit of extra flour next time.

Cream Cheese Frosting
I didn't see the 3oz note so I followed the recipe as written except I used 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese. It was wonderful. I used it on cupcakes but I think it'd be perfect for some cinnamon rolls. I think I'll try that with the left overs I have.

Vanilla Crepes
What a fantastic recipe! The flavor is perfect. I did agree with some of the other reviewers and found it a bit thicker than I like. I did make a couple minor changes to the recipe that I think make them perfect for us. I upped the milk to 2 cups, I lowered the eggs to 2 egg yolks, added 1 3/4 cup flour. We also used 1/4 cup sugar. I can't remember if that's different or not. What a wonderful flavor! Thanks for the recipe.
