Beer Lime Grilled Chicken
Add avacado feta salsa ontop of this chicken (after cooked) and then it's perfect. The chicken alone is ok, but the spice that everyone says is missing ... well thats it!

Val and Jess's Vegan Avocado Dip
This is awesome! It's great with chips it great on hamburgers it's awesome on salads with a lime dressing and shreaded cheese ... just great!! Thanks!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi
I am not a shrimp lover at all, but this was awesome I ate 12 w/o even thinking about it. My husband said it was the best he's ever had. I made this with pasta on the side. Although for kids I would make some w/o the red pepper. For adults who like a kick, the red pepper is a must!
