Fudge Puddles
These were fabulous! To make life easier, I used mini muffin liners. I wouldn't change a thing! It takes a little practice to get the fudge into the cups without making a mess, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy! YUM!

Chocolate Pecan Pie III
This pie was easy to make and looked beautiful when it was done, but it tasted like nothing. It had really no flavor -- maybe a slight chocolate flavor, but it was just bland and dull. Even my husband mentioned it. Guess next year I'll stick to regular (non-chocolate) pecan pie.

I wanted to add that I baked these for 9.5 minutes on the 2nd slot from the top and they're perfection!
