White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
i had never heard of this kind of cookie before my friend told me they were his favorite. when i made them for him from this recipe, i was convinced— i think they're my favorite now, too! i used a packet of vanilla pudding in place of some of the flour and used some vanilla extract in place of some of the brandy (as per the suggestion of others). also, make sure you UNDERBAKE THEM that makes them soft and the softest ones are the best!
