Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs
yum yum yum. Like others, I didn't grill them, just baked them for about two hours in the vinegar/water and then another hour in the sauce. I also reduced the vinegar and it was still on the edge of being too vinegar-y. Very delicious!

Pleasant Pork Chops
Wow- this recipe was really so good. I used thin pork chops, so only left them in simmering for about 1/2 hour. I followed the advice of others to double the sauce and leave the onions cooking with the pork chops. We had lots of sauce but it was delicious. I also added 1/2 tsp. of cayenne and some fresh parsley to the sauce and it was great. Thanks!

California-Thai Flank Steak
This was delicious. Mine came out a little salty but was perfect with jasmine rice. Didn't have corriander but it was good anyway!
