Classic Bran Muffins
Just came out of the oven and very pleased. I followed some of the substitution ideas like replacing applesauce for oil,using whole wheat flour, and cutting back the sugar. Oh, and I used bran flake cereal and added 1 TBSP of vinegar to milk in place of the buttermilk. My five year old commented on the great smell from the kitchen. I will be making these again.
